              This machine is fully mechanically operated rotary design machine having rinsing, filling capping unit placed on single table. This machine is very compact & economical. This machine can fill 200 ml. to 2000 ml. volume without changing any setting of rinsing, filling & Capping Unit. You can fill any volume between above mentioned only changing bottle guide & machine speed.

                 This machine has provided 12 head rinsing, 12 head filling & 4 head capping. This machine has fitted cap elevator for feeding cap automatically. No bottle No rinsing, No Bottle-No filling & No, Bottle-No capping arrangement is provided in this machine so that rejection of bottle & caps is very less. 8 feet air conveyor for feeding empty bottles & 20 feet out feed slat belt conveyor with inspection box & shrink tunnel is provided with this machine.

     This machine has not required any pneumatic air connection which is consumes maximum electricity. This machine is fully mechanically operated machine. This machine is not required sensors, Timers which is causes for machine break down.

Utilities required: - 1”Bsp liquid inlet connection.
