   This machine is linear type of design having rinsing, filling & capping unit.  This machine is very compact and economical. This machine has four stages washing. Inside rinsing is provided in four stages. This machine has provided two head filling and single head capping. 

    Place the empty jars in invert position on the jar holding jacket manually. Outside brush washing and inside rinsing (with raw water) takes place automatically. At Next station rinsing -2 inside rinsing takes placed by hot water, at rinsing 3 & 4 with product water rinsing takes placed. After outside brush washing and inside rinsing jar will be send to filling station. Filling takes place automatically by diving nozzle system. Filled jar send to cap placing unit through conveyor.
